At Dinvastelio S.L. we respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. Additionally, through analytical cookies we may record technical information such as browser, language and visited pages.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to send you the weekly Eco newsletter with educational content on clean energy, sustainable agriculture and the protection of the environment. We do not use your data for aggressive commercial purposes nor share it with third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), provided by ticking the relevant box in the subscription form.
5. Data retention
Your data will be retained while your newsletter subscription is active or until you request its deletion. After unsubscribing, the data will be securely deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, processing limitation and data portability at any time by sending an email to contacto@dinvastelio.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. All communications are made through TLS 1.3 encrypted connections.
